Not only are you thinking about what’s currently going on on-stage, but you’re also thinking 5 seconds ahead, because you know the next character is coming in from stage left, or the lights need to cut out on a given beat. It’s an engaging technical dance!
Brads!
Be everyone’s favorite asshole! The role of Brad is one of the ‘meatier’ roles with lots of stage time and lots of fun, small details that you could learn. But, he’s beloved!
Columbias!
Oh, my Glitter Princess! Frank may be the star of the show, but you’re the shiniest! Bring the sass, bring the flash, and try not to ruin the PG-13 rating!

Stage Manager
- Prepare for performances by coordinating the transport of props and costumes.
- Prepare for performances by assigning volunteers to work administrative roles like merchandise sales.
- Prepare for performances by working with Leadership to assign volunteers to work support roles like tech.
- On show nights, execute those plans developed by the Leadership Team.
Training Lead
- Prepare for performances by coordinating the transport of props and costumes.

CRap Kit lead
- Keep a consistent inventory of finished CRAP Kits on an ongoing basis.
- Manage the inventory required to build CRAP Kits to be sure supplies are always available.
- Coordinate CRAP Kit construction meet-ups.
- Ensure the required number of CRAP Kits are delivered to the venue for each show.
merchandise lead
- Keep inventory accurate in Square store and work with the treasurer for replenishment.
- Train volunteers assigned to work merchandise at shows.
- Organize and coordinate CRAP Kit distribution at shows.
Tech Lead
- Maintain instructions for the training of and quick-reference for volunteers.
- Work with the technical director on implementation of new set pieces.
- Train volunteers assigned to work tech at shows.
costume lead
- Keep inventory of costumes and note when repair is necessary.
- Coordinate repairs on a timely basis.
- Work with cast leadership for implementing new costume pieces.
